AIMS Commercial

AIMS Commercial is a comprehensive package that will handle every aspect of running an auction sale from printing Vendor Contracts, through producing catalogues in a ride range of formats, purchaser and vendor invoices/statments and and a wide variety of financial reports, including printing vendor cheques.

AIMS Commercial is designed for auctioneers who hold sales in different premises and/or who register buyers at each sale. It is also suitable for any auctioneer who maintains a central buyer register but who allocate a new paddle number at each sale.

Originally designed for a small Plant & Machinery auctioneer in Southampton AIMS Commercial has been developed into our primary software package. It is a powerful back office solution for any Commercial Auctioneer.

All versions of AIMS will work with the HMRC's Auctioneer's Margin Scheme, as well as sales where VAT is charged on lots and auctioneer's charges.

Costs...

The cost of £2,500 + VAT enables you to install on up to three PC’s. Additional licenses cost £99 per additional PC. There are no expensive annual licensing fees.

AIMS is supplied with 30 days telephone support.

If you require a long term support contract then we offer a remote access service at £199 + VAT per year. This enables us to log into your PC and resolve any problems etc remotely across the Internet (requires Internet connection). We can also provide training on-line as part of the cost.
