AIMS Lite

Whilst not as sophisticated as the full versions, the two versions of AIMS Lite offer all the functionality that a small auctioneer needs to run an auction sale.  Currently, AIMS Lite is used by agricultural auctioneers, general auctioneers, a plant & nursery auctioneer and a sports memorabilia auctioneer.

AIMS is ideal for small auctioneers, new auctioneers starting in business, auctioneers converting from manual systems who can’t afford the major investment in software and specialist auctioneers who hold few sales.

AIMS Lite will produce your sale catalogue in various formats, vendor statements, purchaser invoices and statements and has a wide range of financial reports.  It is fully networkable so that you can have a PC on the rostrum, linked to the Accounts PC etc.

Very easy to use. AIMS Lite uses the same terminology/language that auctioneers do so it is quick to learn.

There are no expensive annual licensing fees.  The cost of £500 + VAT enables you to install on up to three PC’s.  Additional licenses cost £99 per additional PC.  AIMS Lite is supplied with 30 days telephone support.  Subsequent support is chargeable at our normal hourly rates.

If you require a long term support contract then we offer a remote access service at £199 + VAT per year.  This enables us to log into your PC and resolve any problems etc.  We can also provide training on-line as part of the cost.

All versions of AIMS will work with the HMRC's Auctioneer's Margin Scheme, as well as sales where VAT is charged on lots and auctioneer's charges.
