AIMS Sale Management Service
Are you an auctioneer or charity who holds
infrequent sales
and struggles to justify the cost of software and
PC’s?
If so we have just the service for you....
We will supply a copy of AIMS Commercial with
a 'one PC licence' at a discounted rate, which you can install on
your own PC, and train you how to use it.
You
enter the lots into AIMS prior to the sale, together with vendor
information etc. You will also register telephone bidders and
commission bid placed prior to sale day. If you plan to use
the-saleroom.com or i-bidder.com we can help you transfer data to
them, including catalogue text and photos etc.
On sale day, we will provide up to 4 laptop
computers, loaded with our copies of AIMS
Commercial, and provide up to two staff to set them up, setup an ad
hoc wireless network and help throughout the sale. You could
have one laptop on the rostrum for entering sale price and paddle numbers,
one handling payments, one at reception registering buyers and one
with your porters for collecting sold lots together to pass to
buyers once they have paid.
You need to provide staff to handle the payments by customers, cash
and credit card payments etc. someone to register buyers and porters
to issue sold lots etc. We will help manage the laptops,
possibly printing invoices, registering buyers and entering
commission bids, updating the website with sale prices etc.
After the sale, you will handle unpaid
invoices and the issueing of Vendor statements.
We will hold your hand throughout the
process....

Costs
The cost is £200
per day per member of staff (plus travelling and over night
expenses)
We can arrange for the services of a
leading auctioneer, at additional cost, and can also rent or supply
PA systems.
As a system builder, we can custom build
PCs, supply Acer or Toshiba laptops, HP Printers and a wide range of
other PC related hard ware.
