I hereby
request Hamilton Auction Market, without legal obligation of
any kind on their part, to bid for the under mentioned lots
up to the price stated. All bids will be executed as
cheaply as reserves and other bidders allow. If any bid is
successful the hammer price is subject to a buyer’s premium
of 20% inc VAT .
All Lots must be paid for by noon on the Saturday following
the sale. In order to avoid delay
in clearing purchases Buyers who are unknown to us are
advised to make arrangements for payment prior to the sale.
If such arrangements are not made, cheques will need to be
cleared before purchases are removed. We can accept
cash, cheque with card to cover the amount, Debit Card,
Credit Card (incurs a 2% handling charge on the hammer
price) or bank transfer.

for non-delivery of e-mail bids by your Internet Service

imperfections are mentioned in the description of any
lots in this sale. All items sold are likely to have
been subject to wear and tear caused by user or the
effects of age and may therefore have faults and
imperfections. If you would like a condition report
please contact us. We take every care to provide an
accurate condition report but we are not professional
restorers and therefore we recommend that you consult
such a professional within the appropriate field who
will be in a much better position to advise you of the
condition of any lot. Bidders must satisfy themselves as
to the condition of any lots on which they wish to bid
and any statement made by any member of
